Unable to tag users in the comments
Hi everyone,
We've a number of users reporting that they're unable to tag my team in the comments and as a result, they do not receive content update notifications. The individuals that need to be tagged have Articulate licenses. Would be great if someone could look into this.

When leaving a comment in Review 360, users can only tag two sets of people:
- Those who belong on the same team as them
- Those who have previously left a comment on the published course
This means that users who are part of a different subscription will not appear when a user attempts to tag someone while leaving a comment if they haven't left a comment yet on the course.
If your users meet the two requirements above and are still unable to tag valid users, please open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
