Unable to upload images
Hello,
I am attempting to add images to my Rise course and I keep receiving an error message, or it times out. I receive a message "There was an issue uploading. Please try again". This is not s...
I am also having the same issue with uploading, as our other members of my team. This was working fine up until today. I tried uploading multiple images in multiple browsers in various lesson types and none of them worked. Very not good for us!
Update: We've implemented a fix for this issue, and our systems are recovering. You should be able to view and upload images and publish content from Rise 360 to Review 360. We'll continue to monitor performance carefully.
