Unable to Upload Mp3 into Multimedia
Whenever I try to upload an MP3 onto the Multimedia Audio in Rise, the progress circle shows that it uploads but then gets stuck on processing audio and just continually goes round and round until I press cancel.
Any advice why this could be?

We had problems uploading too - try uploading it as an MP4 version and that might do the trick.

I'm sorry you've hit this snag uploading audio in Rise 360! Would you be willing to share a copy of your MP3 files here or privately through a support case so we can run some tests with them? We'll delete them when we're done testing.
