Unable to view Rise course on mobile (review)

Hello,

I published my Rise course to Review 360 and it works fine on my laptop, but when I open the link on my mobile, it's just a white screen (the popup notifying of cookies appears as well). I'm using Chrome on an Android device.

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

    • Is this happening to all courses that you publish to Review 360 or just to this one?
    • If you have another browser installed on your device, have you tried viewing the course there to see if the issue is browser-specific?
    • Do you have all available OS updates installed?

    Additionally, would you be willing to share your Review 360 link here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'd like to test the link on our end to see if we will be able to replicate the behavior.
