Unexpected "Yes/No" Prompt in SCORM Output from Storyline 360

I understand that you are experiencing this Yes/No prompt after re-uploading the SCORM package to your LMS. I'm curious to learn more!
- Are you publishing your SCORM package(s) using Storyline Update 100 or later? Our latest version is 108.
- What LMS are you currently using?
- Have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud to see if this is specific to your LMS? If the screen doesn't appear in SCORM Cloud, it means it can only be disabled from your LMS.

Today a learner reported they were stuck on the YES/NO resume alert. They were using a course which was built in Absorb with Litmos SCORM content embedded. It happened to them on multiple courses.
The solution or workaround was to reset the learning objects activity. I had to do this for each course they were locked out of.
The fault is a combination of the LMS and Storyline. The Litmos content was years old i.e. published a long time ago. Some of the courses the user had tried to complete they had only done 1 attempt before it stopped working. Seems very intermittent and hard to replicate.

I got a reply for our support people:
It is due to updates made to some browsers, such as Edge and Chrome, prevented some interactive elements in older Storyline content to stop working. This is not a Litmos application or Litmos Content issue.
