unknown error in spanish language course
The Console is always full of error messages. What would be really helpful to know is:
1. When you try it in SCORM cloud, what happens? Does it load the French version? Does it not load anything? Does it send you an error message?
2. Do you get a blank screen, or an actual error message? If so, what is the wording of that message?

Hi Walt,
when we tested the package in Scorm cloud, only the Spanish language was not loading and other 2 are working properly.Yes, when we select the Spanish language a blank screen appears with accept button, upon click nothing happens and we don't have such page in the course.

Hello Rajendra,
Would you be willing to share a copy of your project files here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? I'd like to compare them to see if there is anything different with your Spanish language course that might cause it to not load properly in your LMS. We'll delete them when we're done testing!
