unknown error in spanish language course

we have course with 3 languages(English, French & Spanish). we have created a [language wrapper and made single Scorm package. when we launch the course with English and close and launch Span...
Hi Walt,
when we tested the package in Scorm cloud, only the Spanish language was not loading and other 2 are working properly.
Yes, when we select the Spanish language a blank screen appears with accept button, upon click nothing happens and we don't have such page in the course.

Would you be willing to share a copy of your project files here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? I'd like to compare them to see if there is anything different with your Spanish language course that might cause it to not load properly in your LMS. We'll delete them when we're done testing!
