Unknown error on slide layer
I got this error on slide layer. i have closed and open storyline again but its showing again and again on new opened file as well.

Make sure you are working on a story file that is on your local drive (C:\Documents\My Articulate Projects) and that you have an active connection to the internet. This type of error looks like something that occurs either because you are trying to open and work on a file located on a shared network drive or OneDrive, or because the resource on that slide (video, graphic) is called from the web, but there's no internet connection.
If it continues, I would open a support case.
Often means you are running out of resources, what is on that slide?
