Sorry to hear you've run into this snag with getting your PPT files imported to a Storyline 360 course. I'd be happy to help troubleshoot the issue with you!
Would you be able to share your .PPT with me privately so I can test it out on my end?
In the meantime, I just had some clarifying questions to get a better idea of your setup:
- Is your PowerPoint file saved locally to your C: drive? Or do you access it from a shared/network drive? I would suggest copying it to your C: drive and then trying to perform the import again.
- Have you tried performing a repair of the Studio 360 tools? This article walks you through how to do that.
