Upload source documents to multiple courses

I would like to access source document in multiple courses instead of having to open each course and adding the same docs to each course. I have 8 courses I am creating that I would like to all pull from the same source documents. Is there an easy way to upload to multiple courses, like upload documents to my whole profile or something that I can access when generating AI content for any course? I have the docs in different places on different computers and it would be helpful to upload some from one computer and some from another. I noticed that once I uploaded to one course it was not available in my other course. There's gotta be way...
