Uploading an Arabic XLIFF File into Rise with Proper Formatting
Hello, Annick! While right-to-left languages aren't supported in Rise 360 right now, I wanted to share a workaround from a fellow community member:

Is there any update on when this may be part of the roadmap?

Hello Crystal & Team,
Hoping you're doing well & safe...
Could anyone please confirm on a turnaround time to fix this compatibility problem with Rise 360 not supporting Arabic, Hebrew, Urdu (or any other language which is written/read right to left)?
I see this problem was reported several years ago by many users, and such delayed feature implementation will affect the end-user experience considerably.
Our organisation has employees globally, and it is important that we develop/translate contents in a standard way, to encourage all language speakers within our purview to learn and develop (not to mention, in some occasions, it is required as a mandate by senior management/local laws for them to complete certain e-learnings regularly).
I would sincerely appreciate if this problem could be added to your Weighted-Shortest-Job-First queue as an important feature request and if it could be resolved in next few iterations.
Thanks for your consideration.
Wishing you all a very happy & prosperous New Year 2022!
Cheers from Bangalore, India :)
