Urgent Issue - Tabs missing at the top of Storyline Project

I'm hoping someone can quickly provide assistance. Normally, I see File, Home, Insert, Slides, Design, Transitions, Animations, View and Help tabs at the top of my Storyline 360 proje...
Have you closed and reopened, have you restarted your machine? If yes, then you may need to do a repair.
Thank you for your quick response, Phil! I have closed and reopened and restarted my machine. I'm not sure how to go about doing a repair. In my years of using Storyline this has never happened to me, lol. Also, it's only on this project. When I open other projects I see the tabs without issue.
