Urgent Issue in Rise – Text + Image Template Glitch

Hello Team,

We would like to report a sudden issue that has emerged today in Rise. Specifically, in the Text + Image template, when a background image is applied, the image placed over it becomes animated and is automatically aligned to the center of the screen.

This behavior was not present until yesterday—everything was functioning as expected. However, we are now encountering this issue when publishing our lessons.

As we have planned the delivery of 100+ lessons for an upcoming go-live early next week, we kindly request that this be investigated and resolved at the earliest possible.
