Urgent request for help: Test out option not working in LMS

Storyline allows you to track with either a "passed" Pre-Check or a Final Assessment. 

• On each Results slide, indicate whether the quiz is the Pre-Check or the Final Assessment.

• When publishing the course, indicate that both the Pre-Check and the Final Assessment should be used for tracking.

With those settings, Storyline will complete the course if the user passes the Pre-Check. If they don't pass that, Storyline will complete the course based on the Final Assessment. (FYI: If there is more than one Final Assessment, the course will complete based on the first Final Assessment that the user completes.)
