If it works as expected, I'd recommend reaching out to your contact at Cornerstone for assistance. If you're able to replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, it would be helpful if you could share your file with our team for further testing!
Still have not yet received a response regarding this issue. It is occurring in reporting in both Adobe Captivate Prime and our Cornerstone LMS. If this is a known issue for Rise, is there an update in the works to correct this issue? Please advise as to how to correct this, our compliance depends on this data.
