The only way to report on quiz results is to publish it as LMS export as a scorm file. I tested it in scorm cloud and everything works well but I cannot test reporting there. From earlier responses to this thread, it has been identified that this is a Rise issue that was supposedly fixed but that's not the case since the reporting on the response field still delivers the jargon indicated above. I'll open up a support case, thanks.
