Use of writing hands to create short videos

Hi Shuzanah! Thanks for posting your question here! This video tutorial shows how to create a hand effect in Storyline. It's from a long time ago so the interface is a bit different now. If you're looking to do something else, I know others in the community have used outside programs to create a writing hand effect.
