User account must have permission to read and write this folder
When I try to open Peek I get a message that says 'User account must have permission to read and write this folder'. Does anyone have any ideas what this means?

Hello Vicki!
It looks like your IT team has locked down writing to particular folders or directories. Can you ask them to change the security permissions for the folder, \Articulate\360\Peek, to "Full Control?"
That should do the trick!
