Using a scroll pane - is it possible to start the scroll pane from the bottom, to have the learner scroll up?

Thank you, Lauren and Walt. I got around it by using a continue button at the bottom of the slide and having the next layer displaying the top of the window. Just explained they would scroll up but I have done this for them.
I am new to using the scroll panel and thought I may be missing something. I will play with the option you have suggested Walt. I would have thought of rotating it.
