Using a slider as a graded question... sort of

I'm creating an evaluation elearning with a Likert scale from 1-5, another similar scale of 1-10, and a scale using a slider from 0-100%. They all need to be reportable to the Cornerstone LMS.

I've used the Likert which I think should be reporting-friendly, but the Sliders confuse me. I created it as a Pick One and followed the steps I've read on the forum, but it keeps asking me to first answer the question.
