Using Continue to require correct answer on Knowledge Check.
Hello,
I am attempting to use a Continue divider to require correct answer on Knowledge Check, but cannot get it to work. The Continue button appears even when wrong answers are given. Am I missing something, or is this a feature that is 'in development'?
Thanks,
Dave
Hello everyone, 🎉
I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360, adding the new feature below:
- Knowledge check blocks can be added directly to question banks, have their content width and answer colors modified, be required for training progress, and have a set number of retries.
There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to export your Rise 360 course again.
Let me know if you have any questions about this update!

Is it even possible to set the behavior of not advancing in a QUIZ until you have selected the correct answer? Having this in a knowledge check (PLUS the TOOL TIP hover/expand modal window feature) would be awesome and both are really needed.

Hi, just wanted to check and see if there were any updates to forcing the answer to be correct before the continue button showing?
Hi Paul,
We don't have an update yet, but we'll update this thread if we hear more from our team regarding this feature of requiring a correct answer on a knowledge block.

I would also like to request this feature.

Any movement on this request? Seems to be very reasonable and I get this request a lot. Surely an option where the user gets the answer correct changes the locked continue divider to active to move on, but if the user gets the answer incorrect then they try again and the continue divider stays locked? What is the point of having an option that shows "Take Again" if the user can move on even when they get the answer wrong? Cannot imagine anyone taking it again once the door is opened to move on.

I would also like to see the Continue button having an option to restrict the learner from moving forward until they have answered the knowledge check question correctly. I don't think giving feedback is enough because some learners will not pay attention to the feedback. It's also cumbersome to create something in Storyline.

Ditto regarding knowledge checks! Locking navigation and making sure the user understands the content before proceeding is an important option to have in each lesson.

Why is there still no way to prevent wrong answers from unlocking the Continue button?

I would like the feature as well.
