Using Multiple Characters in a scene in 360 Rise
I want to create a scenario in Rise 360, that shows an interaction between a customer and a customer service associate. Is it possible to change characters and backgrounds in one scene or add another character to depict a conversation?

It's possible to change the character and/or background in each scene of a Rise scenario block.
