Using SCORM to wrap video and track progress

We have Zoom recording as a mandatory activity and at the moment, we are using URL to link to the recording and it mark as complete as long as the user clicks on it. We would like to know ...
You can upload to review and download as a scorm you get the option of how much the user must view before marked complete. Not tested resume on this.
