Using the same screens for multiple courses.

You might try putting the screens into a series of scenes - separated by your intended use. Then ensure that you are not linking to any of the "unused" scenes in any way. The screen scenes will not appear in the published output but remain in the Storyline course file, so you can now "save as" each time you want to work with the scenes in a new manner.
