Utilisation de modules Rise après annulation de l'abonnement
- 9 days ago
Hi ferari94,
Glad to see Phil has been helping you. Happy to jump in here!
After a subscription is cancelled, Articulate stores a user's Rise 360 content on our servers for up to six months. After that, the content will be deleted. This does not impact your SCORM packages that have already been uploaded to an LMS. Those LMS courses will continue to live on and be available to your learners. However, without an active subscription to Articulate 360, you won't be able to modify or republish those courses if they require updates.
I noticed that you've also shared this concern through a support case. It looks like my colleague Cleober submitted a feature request on your behalf. I can see the value in a feature for downloading and preserving Rise material during long periods of subscription inactivity.
We'll be sure to notify you if we release a future enhancement that helps!
When you say my Rise files will be deleted, you mean from the cloud ? so after some months, students won't be able to use them if I don't have an active licence ?
