The form view was what I was missing all this time.  OMG, I never looked there.  I feel silly.

    I encountered a similar situation!! So lucky to see how you get here so I can go directly to the form view that I have neglected all the time!! Thanks for asking the question here! I believe it will benefit more people in the future!
