There isn't a way to know if a Review 360 link has been viewed since that tool doesn't offer that kind of tracking. If you've already set the frequency of your email notifications to instantly, try checking to see if anyone has already left a comment on your course. You can also try leaving one yourself to test the functionality.
If comments have been left on your course and you received no notifications about the event, open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what happened.
