Version Storyline 3.52.25247.0 still getting memory leak issue

Hi,

I am on 3.52.25247.0 version of Articulate SL and have been consistently getting a low memory error when attempting to save my file.

It looks like the memory leak issue is a known bug and am wondering if there is a fix that anyone knows of?

    Hi Sue!

    We are happy to help! Various factors can cause this error message, and most often, it's that files are being backed up continuously by a backup service like Dropbox or OneDrive.

    Are you using either one of these?

    Additionally, Storyline 360 will back up your projects to a Temp folder. If you have a backup copy of your project, you might consider deleting the temporary files. You can find them in this folder in Windows Explorer: %appdata%\Articulate\Storyline
