Vertical Scrolling in Storyline

I have a client who is currently using Evolve as their authoring platform (similar to Rise). At first glance, I thought I might be able to reproduce their content in Rise, but I cannot change the background color on the start page in Rise, so this will not work for my client. (NOTE: articulate - it would be GREAT if you could add this option to the Rise functionality!)

My next step is to experiment with Storyline to see if I can reproduce a similar learning experience to the one they are currently using. QUESTION: Is there any way to design a Storyline course that navigates like Rise? More specifically, can I design a Storyline course in which the overall navigation functions vertically by scrolling up or down (instead of advancing in a traditional slide-like horizontal manner by choosing the Next button to advance to the next slide)?
