Very blurry text and images in Chrome HTML5
Hello Jeremy,
I appreciate you reaching out to share that you're experiencing blurry images. I know this thread has a lot of information in it, so I'd like to touch base on a couple of things.
You mention that you've adjusted the publish quality, but I'd like to back up and understand the images you're using.
Best Practice: Don't shrink or stretch media in your course.
You can find the details of our recommendation in the following documentation:
Storyline 360: Best Practices for High-Quality Images and Videos
I'd be happy to take a look. With your permission, you can then share the .story file publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. Just point me to one of the problematic slides/images. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

Hi Leslie, thanks for getting back to me. We are noticing more of a problem for Chrome on PC. Is this a problem specifically with Chrome on PC rendering Storyline images? Is this something that is being worked on by either Chrome PC or Storyline? However, even with the other browsers and even my Mac I am seeing the best quality for my images when I take the time to replace all the images once the course is published. This of course is not ideal to have to do this every time we publish. When the quality is set to 100% for images why are they still being compressed and ending up blurry? Shouldn't this 100% option mean little to no compression with the images? It would be great to have an option for no image compression at all. We really need the flexibility of being able to create images at larger sizes so we can zoom into certain details of documents or images. I will see if I can provide an example file for you to look at soon.
