Very blurry text and images in Chrome HTML5

I am using Storyline 360 and publishing HTML5 only. My client uses Chrome only. Every image and all text is unacceptably blurry. Attached is an image of a screen from the course. On the left is HT...

Hi, I'm experiencing a similar issue, in which the player buttons, specifically previous and next, are blurry for just some (2/7) users. We're trying to isolate any similarities in system set up, but curious if anyone has run into something like this. It appears to be happening on both Edge and Chrome when viewing in Review 360.

    I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some blurriness with the player buttons. 

    • Do the users see the blurriness when viewing any course published to Review 360 or just one specific one? 
    • Are all the users viewing the course on the latest version of Edge and Chrome?

    I'd recommend connecting with our support engineers and sharing a link to the published output for testing if possible, then one of my teammates will reach out with the next step!
