Video - Selected option to show video controls below video, and they are not showing
I have a video that is 2.5 minutes long. It has closed captioning. I turned on the option to show the video controls, but they are not showing. What do I need to do to make them show? Thank you!...
I have a 4.5 minute video, and it's the only slide in the course. I selected to display CC from the Player options. However, the CC button does not show when I play the course. I've attached 2 images - one showing CC is selected and the other showing how the CC button is now showing in the course. Can you help? ASAP?
