Video Aspect Ratio in RISE
Hello. I am creating a RISE training for a mobile app. The training is designed to be viewed directly on the phone.
I took screen recordings of the app on the phone in vertical mode and I would like to embed them in a RISE document keeping the vertical mode. What I am looking for is similar to what happens with Instagram (I attached a pic for reference).
Any tips on how I can achieve this?

Thanks for speaking up! We understand that when you add portrait phone recordings in Rise, they don’t look the way you want them to on mobile. We’ve shared your request for vertical video support with our product team. We'll share future updates in this thread so all are in the loop.
