Happy to check this for you!

We'll need to do some testing to identify what's preventing your captions from displaying correctly. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can check what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

      Great call opening a support case! I see that our colleague Luiza is working with you in your case and has reached out to you via email last week. 

      I understand you're not seeing any recent emails regarding your case in your inbox. Have you tried checking your spam or junk folder?
