Video caption overlay and pause not working

As for Storyline's cue points not working, this is expected because once the timeline is paused at 0.1s, there's no way to resume it. The first hotspot won't be able to enter the slide since the timeline has already been paused. You can delete the trigger to pause the timeline on the first cue point to resolve this.
