Video captions - import
Hello,
I wanted to import the translated video captions, but when I preview, I see both the English and translated captions at the same time.
How can I fix it, so it only shows the translation?

In order to better understand, I have a few quick questions:
- I understand you experienced this when previewing your course. When publishing your course (for example, to Review 360), do you experience the same behavior?
- Did you happen to insert a caption file that includes both English and the translated captions?
In the meantime, I'd like to send along this article with instructions on how to control the visual appearance of captions within a video:
Your operating system controls the visual appearance of captions. In Windows 11, for example, go to Start > Settings > Accessibility > Captions to change the colors, opacity, font, size, and effects. In macOS 13, go to the Apple menu > System Settings > Accessibility > Captions.

I have found the solution in the meantime. Audio captions were inserted for the same video, so I have simply deleted them.
