Video content with text overlay

Hi,

I'm testing Articulate and would like to know what the recommended way is to create a SCORM File we can upload to our LMS for video sequences we have filmed and want to overlay and/or combine with bullet points, text and images (a bit like video merged with a powerpoint presentation)?
