In addition to what Phil suggested, if you're comfortable sharing your .story file, I'd be happy to take a closer look. You can upload it here or share it privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!

I have put a mask over the Vyond video but behind the controls and buttons. This has worked nicely.
