Video controls to pause or back up the video not working.
I created a video in Camtasia and inserted it in Storyline. I have it to play automatically when the timeline starts and I added the Show Video Controls below the video. In the past, I could pause and move the video forward or backward as needed. Now if I try to move the video forward or backward, it starts over. Is there something new I need to do. This is important so if some one missed something or wants to stop it, they can't go back and just see that part.

Hey Sheri
Not really seeing anything with those links. What were your output settings in Camtasia?

I am having this same issue. When I drag the seek bar, the video restarts. It works fine on my iPad, but the problem happens on PCs. I've seen in other threads that this has been an issue for over six years. Has there been a fix/workaround for this problem?
Hi Anthony,
Sorry to hear that you ran into a similar issue.
Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a look at what's happening? We'll delete it as soon as we're done testing!

Hi Anthony!
I don't see a support case opened. If you need assistance, I'll be happy to open one on your behalf. Did you mean to attach your .story file here?
