Hi AndreyOborsky and JamesBrown-35ce,
I have some exciting news to share! We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 92, we’ve included important fixes and new features.
One of the fixes we’ve included is:
Video content continued to play when the timeline was paused
To take advantage of this update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let me know if you need additional help!

I've updated my Storyline 360 app to the latest version, and I'm still experiencing this. I have multiple cue points on the timeline. The video will pause at the first cue point for an annotation layer to display. Then, the user clicks a button to hide the layer and continue the video, which works - but all cue points after the first one are ignored.

Hello BrianGlover-8e8,
I'm sorry to hear you've run into an issue where your cue points aren't displaying annotation layers as expected throughout your slide. I understand that can be frustrating. Thanks for confirming that you're working on the latest version of Storyline 360 (Update 111).
- Are you working and saving your project file to your local hard drive (typically your C: drive)?
- If you import your current slides into a brand new .story file, do you still experience this behavior?
- Is this happening with any other projects you're working on, or just this one?
As a troubleshooting step, I recommend confirming that your Triggers are set up consistently for each cue point on your slide.
If you are working locally and you are still experiencing this behavior, we'd be happy to take a closer look at your current .story file in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
