Video editor - taking out a middle chunk of the video

Is it possible to remove a piece (or multiple pieces) from within a video? Using the "Trim" function, I'm only to trim off the ends of a screencast.

Hi Caddi,

The directions Maria shared above are specific to exporting a screen recording in Storyline 360. Is this what you are working with as well?

If so, please be sure that you are opening the Insert Slides Menu via Slides > Record Screen > Select your video so that you can right-click to export the video.

If you're still having difficulty, please share your project file publicly here or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

    Leslie, this is Mike Frielingsdorf, I had been trying to right click on the recorded screen pics that show up when you first click on record Screen. I have it all worked out now.
