Would you be willing to share a copy of your Storyline project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can test your embed code to see what's happening?
We'll troubleshoot the behavior by first using a different embed code to test the functionality. You can also do this on your end by using this code to see if it loads:

If the code above works for you, there's a chance that the behavior is being caused by the embed code from the source that you're using. Review 360 might not be authorized to connect to the video you are trying to embed, resulting in the error that you are seeing.
