Video error Storyline 360

Have just up dates Storyline 360. (22/10/25

When I run a video there is a lot of distortion.  It was fine last week.

This problem occurs when I try to place video on a slide and even when I click on Articulates do more with AI from the Text to speech.

Cant add a video??  so image attached!
