Video error Storyline 360

Update:
After updating StoryLine 360 The problem displaying video occurred. It was only a problem with StoryLine no other apps. My IT Services updated my graphics card drivers and now the problem has gone. My laptop a new Lenovo had drivers 3 months old!!!
