Video green screen in Google but working in IE?

Hello~

I have an end user experiencing the same thing - will not work properly in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge but is working in IE. 

Slides 1 & 4 the video is green for the user, the audio works. At the end of the second video the exit button appears and functions.

Slides 2 & 3 no issue at all.

The course has 4 slides:

1. MP4 video inserted from file, set to play automatically, no compression
2. User activity (pictures with hotspots and such) with 5 slide layers
3. User activity  (pictures with hotspots and such) with 7 slide layers
4. MP4 video inserted from file, set to play automatically, no compression – then exit button to appear after the end of the video 

I  and another admin previewed it in Rate My eLearning prior to publishing to our LMS. Other admin was able to view - internet browser unknown. I used Chrome.

Today I have enrolled myself in our Cornerstone LMS and the whole thing works without issue in both Chrome and Edge. A enrolled a different admin (in the LMS) and no issue in Edge, did not try other browsers. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
