Video green screen in Google but working in IE?
I too am having this issue. I had a 5 second MP4 in my first slide that went green in a Storyline course. The rest of my course I created is a simulation with the simulation feature in Articulate. It worked great and automatically made 1-2 second videos for each slide. All these videos played as green screens but only in 1 specific browser and only for 1 of a few different people who viewed it on the same browser (this makes me think it has something to do with the browser's version). I will get more information tomorrow.
The client who viewed the course and got the green screens was having a different problem originally where they could not type in the text box (fill-in-the-blank) but only in regular Internet Explorer. I too was able to replicate this on different computers that were all running Internet Explorer. This client then experienced the green videos during the trouble shooting of the fill-in-the-blank issue when I told them to try it in another browser and then that other browser had green videos.. The fill-in-the-blank worked though...
I don't know how Articulate would account for changing browsers but it would be nice if they found a way. Maybe that's not possible as I wouldn't even know how you/they would do that but it would be nice. Also, consider providing a place for customers to call for support cases.
