Video (image 360 label) Size Changes After Publishing in Storyline 360
Thank you for your response, Luciana. I am currently using the latest updated version of Storyline (Build 3.96.33815.0) and publishing it on Review. Here is the link to its Review. I haven't altered any settings when publishing it on Review; I am using the default options.
Hi PS-9261fbfe-7a2,
Thanks so much for sharing your Review link in this discussion reply! I'm able to experience the same video orientation change that you shared within the original screenshots.
- Do you happen to experience this same behavior if you insert another video file into the course? I'm curious if this is isolated to this specific video file.
It would be helpful to take a closer look at your file as well. Feel free to upload your .story file to this thread or privately in a support case so we can investigate this further.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

There is no problem with the other videos that have the same aspect ratio as the Storyline file (16:9). However, if you import a video with a different aspect ratio (the one causing the issue is 9:16), it gets shrunk after publishing.

Hi PS-9261fbfe-7a2,
I also tested Luciana's file with the vertical video, and I was also unable to replicate the behavior. I want to see if there are any significant differences between your video and the video Luciana used for testing to understand what's causing the issue. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done!
