Video not converting correcting in Rise 360
I have had two occurrences now not being able to get a video (mp4) file to come over into Rise 360 microlearning correctly. When I play the file before bringing it over to Rise the timing works perf...

The past two video's have not worked for me uploading a video to a microlearning. I thought perhaps it was too long but when I cut it down it still did not play correctly.
This occurs in both preview and publish
I have not tried watching in a different browser but will do so. Looks like the file below is too large for me to attach here. i
File was too big to attach her so I entered it in a case.
