Hi!
I've got a slide with layers on. Inside the layers are videos that play when clicked. When I click to close the layers, the videos sometimes continue to play in the background. Do you know why this might be? Is there a trigger/option/setting I've missed somewhere?

This looks like something that has to do with how your slides and triggers are configured. The best way to troubleshoot would be to have us take a look at your project file.
Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a look at how your slides are setup? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
