Video pop-up explanation at end of quiz

I would love to have a video pop up at the end of a quiz from a test bank where I could congratulate students who pass the exam or explain to them they did not pass and will need to retake the exam another time, offering a few tips and suggestions for their new attempt.

Has anyone experimented with this idea?
